Atlanta, Georgia…April 23, 2003…
The name may have changed, but the reputation will still
proceed. On March 18, 2003, Real Food, an eatery, from the original
creators of Horseradish Grill opened its doors to invite North Fulton
patrons in for food that is both a comfort to the palate and the wallet, and
to support a community charity.
North Fulton Community
Charities was the recipient of over $1,000 in charitable donations from
guests who came to christen the new restaurant. NFCC’s motto “Helping
People Help Themselves” demonstrates how they give support to families
during short-term emergencies such as a lost job, illness, or new baby.
During 2001, more than 3,000 local families were assisted by this growing
organization, and over 55 families were fed each day. NFCC also coordinates
special holiday programs and matches volunteers with projects
Real Food offers a diverse menu and wide variety of food offerings
such as burgers, steaks, Yankee pot roast, fresh fish, skillet fried chicken
and hot prime rib sandwich. “Blue Plates” are popular with a choice of two
or three side dishes. Classics on the menu include chicken potpie, whole
Georgia mountain trout and grilled marinated flank steak.
The menu is sure to fit your budget with
items ranging from $4.95 to $21.95. And to compliment the array of American
“comfort” fare, Real Food offers an intelligent wine list and a full bar.
All wines are offered by the glass.
